“I’m a new customer and got excellent service! I got to Great Dane through the Consumers Protection Plan. This company did a ‘safety check’ on my furnace (even though I had not asked them to do this) and discovered that my heat exchanger was leaking carbon monoxide into my house. I was soo GRATEFUL they caught this! One reason everyone with a furnace should have it serviced yearly.

“We are so greatful that Dominic O was the repair guy that was selected by Great Dane to come to our home. Talk about a man that knows his stuff, he walked in asked what the issue was with our A/C. I tried my best to explain what it was doing but I don't think I did a very good job of it. He went right to work, found the issue and then told us what had to be done to fix it, I know that wasn't fun because I looked a deer in head lights but he took his time and I think he did a great job of explaining it with show and tell and where I understood what he was saying.
