We understand that being told your system has a safety issue can be stressful and unexpected. You may want a second opinion, and that’s completely understandable. Unfortunately, not all companies uphold the same safety standards we do, and different assessments can lead to confusion and frustration about whether your system is truly safe.

What Happens if There’s a Difference in Diagnosis?

If another company gives you a different diagnosis, we won’t leave you guessing. We’ll send a Team Leader and a technician—at no cost to you—to reassess your system. We’ll meet with you and the other technician (or anyone else you trust) to thoroughly evaluate the situation.

This isn’t about proving who’s right—it’s about making sure your system is safe.

If we determine that our original diagnosis was incorrect, we won’t just apologize—we’ll fix it for free. If your system can’t be repaired, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
