“My 93 year old mother needed a new furnace, in December, in Michigan. They came out when scheduled, ran into a problem we resolved the next day. Then it took 2 weeks with this elderly woman having no heat at all to get the installation done. No sense of urgency knowing she was without heat. Two weeks! Would never recommend this company. Their lack of concern for this elderly woman was overwhelming. And even after all that, when they said it was working and mom finally had heat, she didn't. They installed the furnace with the wrong wires and had to send someone else to fix it. Can't wait until summer to see what they messed up on the air conditioner. Do yourself a favor and hire anyone else.”
