“Same day of the installation of my air conditioner. Furnace kept running on heat. Called customer service and the installers returned to check out the problem. Eventually it came down to having a serviceman to come out and evaluate the problem. Chris was very professional, polite and on point for diagnosing the problem. He arrived quickly and upon consent ordered the repair part. It arrived 4 days later and Chris came back to do the repair. Everything works great. The customer service rep, Amy, was great. She kept me in the loop on the arrival of the repair part and followed up in letting me know Chris was on his way. I highly recommend this company. If I could give 10 stars I would. Using this company you will not be disappointed.”
