“I scheduled an appointment. Service guy was past the time I scheduled for. He was more interested in selling me a new AC unit, furnace and a hot water tank, than trying to fix my AC. The furnace was working before he got here. Now I’m have to buy a new furnace as well because he messed with it. It was working great when I left for work. Please do not use this company. I went with a different company and am very happy with their work.”
