At this point, I have to leave a one-star review. My AC stopped working on a Monday, and the company was able to send a technician out on Thursday. I paid a $130 diagnostic fee and was told the issue was a small leak that could be resolved with EZ Seal. After I approved and paid nearly $800 for the repair, the technician then told me he had accidentally spilled half the EZ Seal and would return later that day to finish the job. He was friendly and professional during the visit, but unfortunately, he never came back.

By Sunday, the AC had stopped working again — less than three days later. It’s 100° outside, and I have children and pets in the house. The repair clearly didn’t hold, and I never received the full service I paid for. The diagnostic fee now feels meaningless. At this point, I believe I should be refunded for the incomplete sealant application, the refrigerant that leaked out, and the membership plan I was sold, as I no longer have confidence in this company’s service or accountability.”
