Great Dane came to install a new A/C unit for me and did a fantastic job. The team called ahead to confirm arrival time and were fully prepared for the install. The installation itself was smooth and swift. Other than the new equipment, I can barely tell anyone was in my home. Chris and Carlos were fantastic.Also, my salesperson, Bill, was concise and well informed. My installation occurred precisely as he explained it would.I highly recommend working with Great Dane.

Literally every technician that Great Dane Heating and Cooling has sent to my house have been very meticulous very detailed oriented and knowledgeable! They make sure every step of the way that I was informed of what was happening and what the next steps would be. Their turn around time from placing a call for service to actual service is amazing! Technician Richard B.was very kind and courteous and answered all my questions. He advised me that the part on my Rheem was a known defective part and was astonished that it lasted as long as it did. Great Dane was great and only charged the labor, but I'm going to attempt to see if Rheem will reimburse me. THANKS AGAIN GREAT DANE YOUR AWESOME! P. S. They also installed our furnace years ago and everything still working great. Every October they have this wonderful BOGO filters at their Open House and provide all sorts of the stuff, food and raffle for a large TV. Keep it up Great Dane 🐾🐾🐾

My furnace after 28 years of service was calling it quits! I have heard good things about Great Dane and got a let’s see what you need ! Well the numbers added up and before I knew it I had a new furnace being installed by just two great guys Ethan and Jordan both were really nice and answered all my questions! Ethan took the time to go through all the information on the humidifier and air filter and the other stuff that makes my new Carrier’s systems do what it does ! Thank you Great Dane !

Great Dane Heating and Cooling are the best! Have only used them for my Furnace and A/C maintenance and repairs. Never, as a single female homeowner, have I felt taken advantage of or spoken down to. They always are very good explaining in detail any problems or concerns I need to be aware of. They also have never tried to “sell” me new equipment due to age of existing (24 yrs!!). I would, and always do, recommend them to my family and friends!!

Great Dane has been servicing my equipment for about 10 years now. When I called for a service call, the only option given was to replace the entire furnace for $6,000.Got a second opinion and the faulty valve was replaced for $200.Stay away unless you’re looking to replace your entire system.

I have been using Great Dane for more than 20 years. Idk, i think they were a new business when i had them service our 1st home. They are a great family oriented business. Very honest. Today, i had Richard come and assess my furnace. He was very nice and respectful to my home. He was also very thorough. I have family friends that own a HVAC company and i cant seem to switch over because these people are so worth keeping!!!!

I love to have a trained professional check out my furnace and A/C. It's such a secure feeling to have someone looking out for me and my family. My technician, Austin, was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. He answered all my questions and provided me with detailed information about my heating system. He professionally delivered the news that I need repairs and likely a new system as mine is over 25 years old. He provided me with a range of options and even left two space heaters for me to use until someone comes out for an estimate in two days. I was very pleased with the quality of service.

Updated to add: Devin did a fantastic job replacing our faucet! It looks so much better than the old one. No leaking yay! Definitely would have him come out again for any plumbing needs.-----Devin is very helpful and personable. He suggested that it would be more cost effective to replace our faucet instead of pursuing a temporary fix, just to replace it anyways in the near future. We look forward to having him help us install our new faucet soon!

Update November 2024: still love this company but wanted to update my review to say my recent technician, Clayton, was so nice and helpful. Getting repairs can be really stressful so having a kind, professional tech like Clayton makes the experience so much better. Highly recommend.Great Dane Heating and Cooling techs are always so courteous and professional. My most recent experience with them (Drew and Carlos) was a repair on my hvac which had been improperly leveled by the original installers (Randazzo - who I do not recommend). They were efficient and I will go with them whenever I need any other kind of repair or maintenance.

I had a new furnace installed today and the installers were awesome. Cody is very professional and kind. I would recommend him highly. Great work ethic as well!!! The job turned out great and he explained everything I needed to know very clearly. Thank you so very much Cody and his apprentice was just as wonderful as Cody. Happy thanksgiving to all of you at Great Dane!!I had Great Dane out today to fix a leaking issue with my new furnace and Nick fixed me up. Was a little puzzled as to why the crew that installed the new furnace did not have the pipe done correctly. Thank you so much Nick for fixing the issue. Nick was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. He also explained how a small piece of equipment can be used to detect water and I am having it installed. I hope Nick is the installer on this next appt. Thank you Nick I really appreciate you!!My experience with Cody is a little unsure. He was professional and sure of all he did for me. I am grateful but when I had to have another tech come out the day after thanksgiving because my furnace was leaking water and found out it was because a pipe was not done correctly which caused a huge leak I was not happy about that. A furnace is a huge investment to me and should be done correctly and not in a hurry. I do appreciate the Great Dane team but I hope I do not have to call again for a long time. Thank you all for what you have done for me.

“My 93 year old mother needed a new furnace, in December, in Michigan. They came out when scheduled, ran into a problem we resolved the next day. Then it took 2 weeks with this elderly woman having no heat at all to get the installation done. No sense of urgency knowing she was without heat. Two weeks! Would never recommend this company. Their lack of concern for this elderly woman was overwhelming. And even after all that, when they said it was working and mom finally had heat, she didn't. They installed the furnace with the wrong wires and had to send someone else to fix it. Can't wait until summer to see what they messed up on the air conditioner. Do yourself a favor and hire anyone else.”
