Good points - they respond quickly, and they have knowledgeable techs and present with options. Bad points - they overcharge, close up furnace before showing issues, and and they actually charged me for equipment they didn't replace.

I have a leaking problem for my furnace- I often hear water dripping on the ceiling as soon as the furnace starts. Mihali came and find where is leaking and died it promptly. He is polite and professional. In highly recommend Mihali and the company:

Dominic was here today to service my system. My unit is 21 years old. Dom was an excellent, knowledgeable, and caring technician for repairs, it was determined that I need to replace the whole unit. The repairs would be costly, plus my unit still was old. I still would need to get a new system in the near future.It was decided that it would be more cost efficient to just buy a new one now. He was fantastic, I'm very happy that I had Dom today. I am giving Dom 5 stars!

My furnace is 20+ years old and still operating just fine. I credit this to the annual inspection I receive from Great Dane. Their tech’s are knowledgeable, professional yet personable. I will never use anyone but Great Dane for my heat/AC needs. Btw, they always arrive on time!!

I received 5 star service from Adam P! I would highly recommend asking for Adam. He was thorough, polite, on time, patient with me when I had questions and he knew his stuff. He wouldn't leave until he knew the problem had been fixed. Adam was also pretty quick to fix the issue. I will ONLY ASK FOR HIM if I ever need help, and you should only ask for him too!! Would not recommend. We called to get on-site estimate for installing 4 new bathroom faucets, 1 kitchen faucet, 1 laundry faucet one new toilet just install and 1 remove old and replace with new toilet. Total estimate $2,843. Basically $400 per fixture. We had purchased all the fixtures and had ready to go. Everything was easily accessible in newer home. Maybe 8 hrs for a Master plumber with one arm. My Orthopedic surgeon does not charge these types of rates $350-$400 per hour. Business must be real good. Oh and $79 service charge for estimate paid in full. No thank you.

For the past week our heating system has been working sporadically. After trying to sleep in a cold house last night, I called Great Dane HVAC at 9 am. and scheduled a service appointment. They said a technician should be out between 11 am and 3 pm. At noon I received a phone call from Great Dane that Technician Brett Lukity would be arriving shortly to attend to our problem. A very cordial Brett presented himself at 12:15 pm. After I explained the symptoms (intermittent burner ignition) to Brett he immediately identified the problem. He explained he would test the part to confirm his diagnosis. He stated he could clean the senser and test it to determine if it was working properly. Since our system is 18 yrs old, I asked if he had the part available to just go ahead and replace it. He did have the part in the truck so he did as I requested and changed it. After a brief test period, Brett said the system was properly working. He proceeded to bill us for the service & part provided. From start to finish Brett was done in 45 minutes. He knows his business along with being very courteous and professional. If the need arises I will happily welcome Brett to repair our system again.

The best company I’ve ever worked with. They came the same as we called and checked out the furnace. The tech said he needed to replace a part, but it would be 2 days before it comes in. After he left, he took it upon himself to locate the part and came back the same day to fix the furnace. He said he felt bad leaving my family without heat for 2 days when it is so cold outside. They were extremely professional, super clean, took pictures of the part that was replaced, and were extremely polite. I will never use another company for my heating, cooling, and plumbing needs. I wish they do electrical.

What a horrible place… where do i even start. Im a loyal customer and this company charged me $200 for a 15 min visit. My thermostat needed new batteries and they charged me $37 for two double A batteries and $160 for a 15 min service charge. Complete scam

Great Dane came to install a new A/C unit for me and did a fantastic job. The team called ahead to confirm arrival time and were fully prepared for the install. The installation itself was smooth and swift. Other than the new equipment, I can barely tell anyone was in my home. Chris and Carlos were fantastic.Also, my salesperson, Bill, was concise and well informed. My installation occurred precisely as he explained it would.I highly recommend working with Great Dane.

Technician Richard B.was very kind and courteous and answered all my questions. He advised me that the part on my Rheem was a known defective part and was astonished that it lasted as long as it did. Great Dane was great and only charged the labor, but I'm going to attempt to see if Rheem will reimburse me. THANKS AGAIN GREAT DANE YOUR AWESOME! P. S. They also installed our furnace years ago and everything still working great. Every October they have this wonderful BOGO filters at their Open House and provide all sorts of the stuff, food and raffle for a large TV. Keep it up Great Dane 🐾🐾🐾

During the initial repair request, Dominic did a great job of educating us as to what was wrong, what could be done, and other possible resolutions. In the end we decided with the age of our unit, the best route was a full replacement. George came out to give us a quote and wlked us through what would be best for the size of our home and why, and once we decided on a unit, My wife and I were shocked when they told us they could install the following day! The gentleman that installed (Drew and Brian?) took great care in cleaning up before and after the installation, and helped us set up all the new features on the new thermostat and walk us through annual maintenance suggestions.
