My boiler retired after 70 yrsJake p one of your techs came and was very helpful and knowledgeableGeorge p was a great salesman no pressure and professional. Install comes Fri for my new boiler and ACBecause of these two men they help take stress off the situation I'm very confident I will get a professional install and product from this company both these guys are good assets to Great DaneToday I had my air and heat installed came home all looked good but neither of them work waiting for a technician to come Saturday so I can have heat in my house and figure out the situation hopefully outcome is good we'll post again laterToday is the day after installation Dave and his tech came out today bled all my radiators fix the problem I have balanced nice heat throughout my house so far and very pleased thank everybody for their efforts and resolving this problem and Merry Christmas how do I send a post

Our cold air returns were rusting out in the crawl space due to excessive moisture over the years. After having our crawl barrier re-done and foam insulated, we started calling hvac companies for quotes to get the returns replaced. Mr. Furnace and C&C told us that they do not do crawl spaces. Affordable heating and cooling told us the access outside was too small and that we would need to create an access inside. Not to mention that it would cost over 10k. Great Dane took on the work with no concerns. Knocked it out in two days with just a 2 man crew. Also at a reasonable cost. Definitely would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

They very responsive and show up within 5 hours of me calling and they ended up having to come back because of the furnace had back to back issues and they were respectful and fair on price. They nick out and he was very knowledgeable and respectful I was pleased with the work done

Jeff was very professional, came in very clean, asked a few questions of what was going on with my water heater. Told him my pilot wouldn’t ignite. He fix the source and before you knew it, we had hot water definitely would recommend him and Great Dane!!

We have had a great experience working with Great Dane. They were timely and flexible when scheduling our appointment. Our technician Brett Luckity went above and beyond for us in identifying the needed repairs on our furnace. He was not only professional, helpful and knowledgeable, but was extremely kind and respectful, which is not under appreciated. Will definitely recommend Great Dane to our family and friends.

Bryan did the installation for our water heater today, he was quick, professional, and pleasant. Even with our dog barking and going crazy, he eased my mind and assured me it wasnt a problem. The team in the office was great to work with on the phone this morning when I called, Joel asked the right questions to make sure he knew what I needed and moved things around to get us help today. I can't say enough how much I appreciate their team. I should also mention that it was the best price in town!!! Thank you to your team!Update: Mason did our repair today. He was professional, kind, responsive, and quick! I am 6 months pregnant and hot water means everything to me right now, so I appreciate the team that got us help right away. This is the best heating and cooling company around 🙂

Nick and Brennan arrived on time (early, actually!!). They were both very polite and professional. They explained what they were going to do, asked if I had questions, took great care in protecting my home while they went in and out and carried in new furnace and carried out the old one. Explained how to set up the new thermostat and told me to reach out if I had any questions or problems. It was a great experience. I’ve used Great Dane for years and everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. Thank you for the quick install so we can be warm this winter! 🐾

The technician Brett Lukity came out to service my furnace through DTE protection program. I asked if he needed a work order to look at my water heater also. I’ve been in my house for 13 years and have had no problems but heard of horror stories of water heaters bursting. He said I did not need a service order but he would check it out. He assured me that my water heater was fine, he saw no issues but to my surprise and everyone I talked to he gave me an estimate for $1600. The next day I go in my basement and water is running from the water heater. No water dripping in 13 years of living in this house not one drop. He comes back today tells me I need to put in a work order for a replacement once there’s water leaking there’s nothing he can do. So DTE only covers $300 on a $1600 water heater. The technician Brett is unethical. He purposely damaged my water heater so that I would have to pay $1600 for a replacement.

Joe and Ryan were top notch in rectifying a furnace issue after hours in 20 degree temperatures. Ryan was high knowledgeable and professional in repairing the problem with the furnace. We need more individuals like him in our everyday lives. Thank you guys, again.
