I needed to replace a faucet, pipe, toilet, and rebuilt the insides of a second toilet. Columbus quoted me two price option plans, I liked that! He asked what color toilet is wanted.Columbus is a 5 star 🌟 plumber. I highly recommend Great Dane . They are trustworthy.

Had a new Bryant furnace installed on 09/10/25. Installers Jacob & Joe were very polite and very professional. They cleaned up before they left. Today Technician Jeffrey came out to figure out the wiring on our existing heat pump which is a York. Very happy with all there help and I would recommend

DO NOT USE. They were a TOTAL bait and switch. SO expensive and nothing but problems. They will deny problems, not fix it, leave you holding, not tell you when they are coming out. Then after installing a brand new system, it died a week later. Then redid everything, and then failed every inspection! Then they didn't even call me when they knew they failed the inspections. Then I had the displeasure of dealing with Maya in the permits department who yelled over me the whole time and EXTREMELY passive aggressive and major attitude. Not needed. I wish I would have used a different company! The only thing they have going for them is that great danes are cool, but there is nothing cool about this awful company!

My furnace went out during the beginning of the COVID crisis. Great Dane came out and fixed the problem with all safety standards in place. My furnace and water heater were both over 20 years old and I knew it was time to replace them. I called Great Dane. They sent their representative out right away. He answered all my questions and even steered me toward the most economical appliances for my home. I got a great price and help with financing on the spot. On the day of installation I was prepared for a stressful day. Instead I was at ease. They knew what they were doing. They notified me when the water needed to be shut off. They also fixed several issues related to the previous furnace. Everything was brought up to code. There work was clean and efficient. I am very happy with Great Dane.I have since had Great Dane out for annual maintenance. Each time their employees are professional and efficient. Dominic was the most recent technician sent. He answered all my questions, was efficient and professional.

In this day and age it is difficult to find a company that really works at providing the best customer service possible. Great Dane is that kind of company. They stand behind every product they sell and every service they preform. I have used Great Dane for all my heating and cooling systems and maintenance of my tankless water heater system for many years. I decided to replace the tankless system with a new gas fired tank system. This involved running new gas and water lines to and from the new tank location. Once again, Great Dane to the rescue!

We have an older furnace (25 yrs old at least). I can’t stress enough how the membership and maintenance appointments helps. We’ve had a couple repairs in the last five years but way cheaper than purchasing a new unit. Great Dane technicians are always so thorough and helpful. I appreciate the detailed reports. Highly recommend!

John Riva came out this morning to do a complamentry check on our air conditioner. He arrived on time as scheduled. He introduced himself to both my wife and me and explained why he was here. I showed him the air conditioning equipment in the attic as well as the condenser outside the house.John was very patient listening to me explain some issues we had with the equipment. I left him alone at that point so he could do his job.After a while, I went outside where John was working and asked how things were going. He showed me some problems he had found with the condenser and explained how he was proceeding to repair them.After a fairly long period of time, he said he was done. He explained what he had done and asked if I had any questions. I told him I didn't have any questions and thanked him for the work he had done. He then said goodbye to both me and my wife.We have had many service people out to our house through the years for one reason or another. Most of them are nice and do a good job. I think John was exceptional. He was patient, answered all questions, explained what he was doing as well as why he was doing it. I would be happy to have him return should we ever have a need for his services in the future.

Only needed tuneup/cleaning, and I was able to schedule a next day appointment. Technician was there first thing, super friendly, and very helpful. My whole experience with Great Dane heating and cooling was Fabulous. The installers of new air and furnace were curtious and very professional. Nick was super and took time to explain everything to me (i am not very techy and at 77 did like his patience) and Lance was great also. I really appreciated seeing all their pictures before coming out. Made me feel comfortable. The salesman Nick Chopp was great also . Thanks Bunches for everything!!!!!

I’ve been more than understanding and trying to give chance after chance. But now it’s time for a true review. The service I’ve received and the amount of errors have occurred is beyond a review. This is the 5th attempt to complete services and I’m tired. Not sure if it’s because I went through a program that was offered to me or if it’s just the lack of care and concern. I’ve made attempts to communicate to management, no call back or anything. Just nothing. I previously had a positive review on the initial visit, but we are now on the 5th visit. First the initial install of furnace and hot water tank. Okay great.however they missed the gas leak. Second visit gas leak is fixed so I thought. Then went to sleep over night, left for work the next morning and kids go to camp. Son come home around 5pm and enough gas has built up to blow up my home. Called Great Dane while I’m at work, and a gentlemen tells me to go and turn gas off, and they can come out the following Tuesday and it’s Thursday! Oh and I’ll be responsible for any charges OR just call 911 if it’s bad. Really? Okay Called 911, fire department come out, open all the doors and windows to air out my home and alert consumers energy come out and they were able to shut off the gas. Consumers also capped off one of the small leaked but the major leak is what poured the gas in which is the leak that was suppose to be repaired by Great Dane. Now Great dane arrives. 3rd attempt. Confused as to why “the workers would have done this”. Consumers explains to them where the leak is and what to do. I’m promised a call the next day and nothing. However in the meantime consumers turned off the gas before Great Dane got there and showed them where it was which was the same area that was supposed to be repaired even sprayed something to show the gas pouring once consumers turn it on. Consumers tagged the area that needs to be fixed as dangerous before the gas is turned back on. So i went without a dryer for some time. Along with not staying in the home because i was scared. After no follow up call, I called and spoke to a guy name Kyle, very nice just like most of the team, but he is confused and is trying to resolve it and I still never got a call from management (Steve). Then gets a call for them to come out 2 days later to give me a reason of “sometimes things happen.” 4th attempt” Ummmm blowing up a home or just not being empathetic about the situation doesn’t just “happen.” Especially if my teen life was as risk! I work for a billion dollar company and have been in in customer service for 15+. I know customer service at the highest level there is. Accountability is bigger than any ego or a name. I held off as long as i could, I’m over it. Didn’t pull permits when they should have, city is asking me about it. And yet again they have to come back out. “5th attempt” I’m one to never review in a bad way, (check my record). But it doesn’t take much for proper communication and feeling safe. At the least some type of accommodation after 4 failed attempts. At this point i feel I need a second opinion of the work they did. Even has me scared for my family honestly. But what do we do? We are here with this negative review because of you. You’ve been working on my home for months and still working to resolve the same issues. I get I’m nothing to the big deal people you may deal with or take pride in serving, but me and my family’s life is everything to me. I’m glad others have had a better experience but for me, i rather not have received the service rather sponsored or paid for.**Update. Still a no show for the permit inspection appointment so yet again, I had to call and follow up. I am aware a permit is pulled just as the roof company did, but it was done after the repairs and not before and I called Macomb weatherization and they couldn’t locate one pulled. The response you gave lacks accountability. Consumers identified the same ISSUE that your company “repaired” or that Continued to be a problem. Not a new one.

Johnathon and his crew were knowledgeable and worked efficiently. It was a very hot day and they worked nonstop to get my air up and running sooner then anticipated. Johnathon made sure to explain how to use the thermostat and change the filters on the furnace. Overall I give them a 5 out of 5. Great job Great Dane!

He called us right after we called for service on a Sunday night he was here with in 40 minutes fixed are air conditioner but we will need to replace it. He was very professional and polite and explained the whole situation that we had going on. Can't thank him enough for coming out. Had them come out and look at my AC and of course I needed a new one. I just had a new roof put on and my neighbor said maybe a nail hit the line - had another company come out and replace the line and charge the refrigerant. Works great. The checked it with nitrogen 1st to confirm the leak instead of just saying the compressor doesn’t work anymore - very disappointed with Great Dane unfortunately

Excellent customer care for after hours emergency conversations. Scheduled next day appt. Technician Eric provided excellent, amazing service. Thorough, considerate, took time to explain and demonstrate equipment issues, serviceability, and options. He was unhurried, thorough, calm, and he enjoyed customer interactions. Also - he is an excellent teacher (he should be training others if he is not doing so right now). Installation 4 days later was amazing. Courtesy call ahead of punctual arrival. Team worked hard in hot conditions, but always kept their cool. Professional and courteous explanations. Patient. Amazing attention to details (put down runner mats where they walked. Hand swept the work area when complete, hauled away everything). Separate truck hauled away debris in mid-project. It appeared afterwards as if they had never been there. Really amazing support. Electrician Johnathan was extremely patient, answered every question, efficient, and left no trace ! Installer Wesley explained follow-up steps and care. Great Dane team (Maya) scheduled subsequent final inspections with city - pain-free ! Interactions with Great Team was positive, thorough, and kind at a stressful time. During the hottest days in the summer, my air conditioner stopped working. Great Dane Heating and Air Conditioning came out to help me with my air-conditioning needs. During the initial repair request, Dominic did a great job of educating us as to what was wrong, what could be done, and other possible resolutions. In the end we decided with the age of our unit, the best route was a full replacement. George came out to give us a quote and wlked us through what would be best for the size of our home and why, and once we decided on a unit, My wife and I were shocked when they told us they could install the following day!
