Conor, the gentleman who’d just did my winter maintenance, was yet another perfect representative of what I’d previously mentioned. I’m convinced without a shadow of doubt that Great Dane’s hiring and field training processes are borderline flawless. Conor was probably the 20th technician (give or take) sent to my home over the many years. He is/was as excellent as all the technicians who’d come before him. “Our technician, Jeffrey Stith, was absolutely fantastic today. Our air conditioning unit is 30 years old and the fan quit working. Jeff explained the possible issues and costs, and was very knowledgeable and up-front with our options. We were almost sure we would need a new unit, but Jeff got us up and running with a new capacitor. We were so relieved! We know we will need a new HVAC system soon, and we’ll definitely be calling Great Dane!!”

“Ryan Miller came out with a new technician, Clay. Both wore shoe protectors. They inspected the furnace and a/c system. The a/c fluids and condition is alright. We have set our next appoint in September. On a scale of 1-5 with five being excellent, everyone is a 10. They are professional, courteous, and polite.”

“I had a great experience with Great Dane. I had a leak from my exhaust pipe from my furnace that I was concerned about. The appointment setting was very easy when I called in – they were able to schedule me for the next day and the communication before arrival was super helpful! Nick was assigned to my house and he was awesome!!! Knew exactly what he was doing – ran back to the shop to grab parts – came back and had everything done in 15 minutes. He was very knowledgeable – answered all my questions and was very friendly! Highly recommend Great Dane and Nick – would definitely use them again should the need arise!”

“I almost never leave reviews…however I was so impressed with the level of service that Great Dane was able to give us I ifelt I had to! During the initial repair request, Dominic did a great job of educating us as to what was wrong, what could be done, and other possible resolutions. In the end we decided with the age of our unit, the best route was a full replacement. George came out to give us a quote and wlked us through what would be best for the size of our home and why, and once we decided on a unit, My wife and I were shocked when they told us they could install the following day! The gentleman that installed (Drew and Brian?) took great care in cleaning up before and after the installation, and helped us set up all the new features on the new thermostat and walk us through annual maintenance suggestions. Overall it was a phenomenal experience. 5 paws up!”
