I’ve been a Great Dane customer since 2009. Their people are very professional and always willing to answer any questions. It is a pleasure to have such competent and polite people work on my heating and cooling. It also make me feel secure knowing they are there if something needs repaired or replaced. I know from past experience with this company that they respond quickly when they are needed the most. I will continue to be a Great Dane customer for the foreseeable future.

The service technician, Kyle did a fabulous job. He was very focused and organized in his approach to complete the job. While out to perform an A/C maintenance he recognized that the outside unit needed a cleaning so we approved the additional work charge and he went to work. Of course, about halfway through the task, mother nature provided a frigid spring downpour. Kyle just kept working on the task unhindered by the weather. Great job Kyle! This is why Great Dane is our preferred contractor for all of our HVAC work, their people.

The service was excellent. I called late yesterday and had an employee here in the morning. Unfortunately, I needed a new water heater. Two men came an hour ago and the new water heater is being installedThey went right to work, professional and kind.I’ve been serviced by Great Dane fir years and recommended them to businesses, neighbors and friends. Everyone has been pleased with their service, staff and fair prices. They all still are customers of Great Dane too

My furnace after 28 years of service was calling it quits! I have heard good things about Great Dane and got a let’s see what you need ! Well the numbers added up and before I knew it I had a new furnace being installed by just two great guys Ethan and Jordan both were really nice and answered all my questions! Ethan took the time to go through all the information on the humidifier and air filter and the other stuff that makes my new Carrier’s systems do what it does ! Thank you Great Dane ! The air was rehooked up today 4/15 and it works perfectly ! I’m very pleased with my results, I also asked about just running the fan and they took care of that too !

They put a new furnace in a few years ago and just yesterday they did hot water tank. They did an amazing job we’re in and out in a couple hours and biggest thing in my book. They cleaned up like it never even happened. Thank you guys you do amazing work.

I love to have a trained professional check out my furnace and A/C. It's such a secure feeling to have someone looking out for me and my family. Every person that I have dealt with at Great Dane has been very professional, kind and courteous from the sales person that sold me the furnace to the people that answer the phones and especially the technicians that come out to my home to service my furnace and A/C. Good points - they respond quickly, and they have knowledgeable techs and present with options. Bad points - they overcharge, close up furnace before showing issues, and and they actually charged me for equipment they didn't replace.

I have a leaking problem for my furnace- I often hear water dripping on the ceiling as soon as the furnace starts. Mihali came and find where is leaking and died it promptly. He is polite and professional. In highly recommend Mihali and the company:

Dominic was here today to service my system. My unit is 21 years old. Dom was an excellent, knowledgeable, and caring technician for repairs, it was determined that I need to replace the whole unit. The repairs would be costly, plus my unit still was old. I still would need to get a new system in the near future.It was decided that it would be more cost efficient to just buy a new one now. He was fantastic, I'm very happy that I had Dom today. I am giving Dom 5 stars!

My furnace is 20+ years old and still operating just fine. I credit this to the annual inspection I receive from Great Dane. Their tech’s are knowledgeable, professional yet personable. I will never use anyone but Great Dane for my heat/AC needs. Btw, they always arrive on time!!

I received 5 star service from Adam P! I would highly recommend asking for Adam. He was thorough, polite, on time, patient with me when I had questions and he knew his stuff. He wouldn't leave until he knew the problem had been fixed. Adam was also pretty quick to fix the issue. I will ONLY ASK FOR HIM if I ever need help, and you should only ask for him too!! Would not recommend. We called to get on-site estimate for installing 4 new bathroom faucets, 1 kitchen faucet, 1 laundry faucet one new toilet just install and 1 remove old and replace with new toilet. Total estimate $2,843. Basically $400 per fixture. We had purchased all the fixtures and had ready to go. Everything was easily accessible in newer home. Maybe 8 hrs for a Master plumber with one arm. My Orthopedic surgeon does not charge these types of rates $350-$400 per hour. Business must be real good. Oh and $79 service charge for estimate paid in full. No thank you.

For the past week our heating system has been working sporadically. After trying to sleep in a cold house last night, I called Great Dane HVAC at 9 am. and scheduled a service appointment. They said a technician should be out between 11 am and 3 pm. At noon I received a phone call from Great Dane that Technician Brett Lukity would be arriving shortly to attend to our problem. A very cordial Brett presented himself at 12:15 pm. After I explained the symptoms (intermittent burner ignition) to Brett he immediately identified the problem. He explained he would test the part to confirm his diagnosis. He stated he could clean the senser and test it to determine if it was working properly. Since our system is 18 yrs old, I asked if he had the part available to just go ahead and replace it. He did have the part in the truck so he did as I requested and changed it. After a brief test period, Brett said the system was properly working. He proceeded to bill us for the service & part provided. From start to finish Brett was done in 45 minutes. He knows his business along with being very courteous and professional. If the need arises I will happily welcome Brett to repair our system again.

The best company I’ve ever worked with. They came the same as we called and checked out the furnace. The tech said he needed to replace a part, but it would be 2 days before it comes in. After he left, he took it upon himself to locate the part and came back the same day to fix the furnace. He said he felt bad leaving my family without heat for 2 days when it is so cold outside. They were extremely professional, super clean, took pictures of the part that was replaced, and were extremely polite. I will never use another company for my heating, cooling, and plumbing needs. I wish they do electrical.

What a horrible place… where do i even start. Im a loyal customer and this company charged me $200 for a 15 min visit. My thermostat needed new batteries and they charged me $37 for two double A batteries and $160 for a 15 min service charge. Complete scam

“Same day of the installation of my air conditioner. Furnace kept running on heat. Called customer service and the installers returned to check out the problem. Eventually it came down to having a serviceman to come out and evaluate the problem. Chris was very professional, polite and on point for diagnosing the problem. He arrived quickly and upon consent ordered the repair part. It arrived 4 days later and Chris came back to do the repair. Everything works great. The customer service rep, Amy, was great. She kept me in the loop on the arrival of the repair part and followed up in letting me know Chris was on his way. I highly recommend this company. If I could give 10 stars I would.
